Preview is on Saturday, June 24 from 9am-4pm cst Pickup will be Friday, June 30 and Saturday July 1 from 9am-4pm cst APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE FOR PICKUP Payments may be made in our Wynne office on Friday, June 30 from 8am-5pm or at pickup on Friday 6/30 or Saturday 7/1 from 9am-4pm. 10% buyer’s premium on all purchases No sales tax This is a "soft-close" auction - any items that get a bid in the last 60 seconds, the item's timer will be extended back 60 seconds. A credit card is required to register, but will not be charged unless you instruct us to OR payment has not been made by 4pm cst on Saturday July 1, 2023. Inspection is available on all items prior to bidding and strongly encouraged" PAYMENT : 10% Buyer's premium for buyers on all purchases. No sales tax. At the close of the lot, the high bidder will have purchased the offered lot. All sales are final upon the closing of the lot. The purchase is subject to all terms and conditions set forth herein. The purchaser assumes full responsibility thereof. The purchaser further agrees to pay the Total Amount Due by 4pm cst on Saturday, July 1st by cash, approved check, wire transfer, credit card or certified funds. Payment will be accepted at our office in Wynne, AR on 6/30 and on site during pickup hours from  9-4 F 6/30 and S 7/1.  Checks are only accepted from known buyers or with pre-approval from Witcher Auctions. Payments are NOT accepted by mail. Purchasers paying by credit card may contact Witcher Auctions and provide credit card info by phone or in person at our office in Wynne, AR. Credit card payments will be charged an additional 5% processing fee. NO ITEM WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL. Any items not paid for by 4pm on Saturday, July 1, 2023 will be charged to the credit card on file including the 5% credit card processing fee. ITEM REMOVAL/PICK UP: Item removal is 100% the buyer's responsibility. Winning bidder "MUST" schedule a pickup time. Pick up will be on Friday 6/30 from 9am-4pm cst and Saturday 7/1 from 9am-4pm cst. Any items left after Saturday July 1 at 4pm will be considered abandoned and become the property of Witcher Auctions with no recourse to the buyer. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.
