Vehicles, trailers & ATVs will have a title status listed in the description of each item. This status can either be: “TITLE” – This means the item has a clear transferrable item that is in our possession. Known buyers or any buyer paying by cash or secured funds will receive these titles at checkout. “TITLE DELAY” – This means that the seller has guaranteed a clear transferrable title, but we don’t yet have it in our possession. Usually this is due to either a delay in waiting for it to come back from the state after registration, or the seller just wanted to keep it in their possession until the item had actually been sold. This delay can range from 1 day to months. If we expect an extended delay, we’ll always make note of that. Most title delays are resolved within 2 weeks of purchase. “NO TITLE” – This means we do not have a title for the item and never will. You as a buyer need to understand that you will never receive one from us or the seller. Most states have a process for titling vehicles or trailers that do not have one, usually referred to as a “bonded” title process. This is your responsibility as a buyer if you choose to buy an item listed as “NO TITLE”. Witcher Auctions will not sell a motor vehicle without a title unless it is salvage. This is a common status for utility trailers and ATVs that are commonly left unregistered in the state of Arkansas. As always, make sure to fully read item descriptions so that you don’t miss any notes about particular title issues on a vehicle or trailer. All titled items will have a $25 title fee added onto the purchase price for the handling and transfer of the title.
