NO LOADOUT UNTIL THURSDAY, FEB 15 Payment: Payment can be made at our Wynne office on either Wednesday or Thursday, February 14-15 from 8-5 by approved check, cash, cashiers check, wire transfer or credit card OR onsite at pickup by approved check, cashiers check and cash only  on Thursday, Feb 15. No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified. ITEM REMOVAL: NO LOADOUT UNTIL THURSDAY, FEB 15 A loader will be available for pickup on 02/15/24 and 2/16/24 from 9-4 ONLY. After that item removal will be 100% the buyers responsibility. All items MUST be removed 14 days after the auction close after that all items will be considered abandoned and will become property of Witcher Auctions with no recourse to the buyer.
