If an invoice remains unpaid after Thursday, March 14 at 5:00 pm, Witcher Auctions reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices totaling $2,500 or less and for up to a $2,500 deposit all other invoices. Payment: Payment can be made at our Wynne office on Wednesday & Thursday, March 13-14 from 8-5 by approved check, cash, cashiers check, wire transfer or credit card. Approved check, cashiers check and cash only will be accepted at pickup on site only on Wednesday & Thursday, March 13-14, 9am-4pm. No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. After that item removal will be 100% the buyers responsibility.
