Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified. ITEM REMOVAL: Items can not be removed prior to May 31 st. Disassembly, removal and load out will be 100% the buyers responsibility. We will be onsite to open the doors on Saturday, June 1st from 9am - 4pm. After that any pickup will be done by appointment only. All items must be removed by June 7th at 5pm, or they will become the property of Witcher Auction with no recourse to the buyer.
