August Open Farm and Heavy Equipment Auction Day Two Open Consignment Auction Accepting Equipment:  Starting June 16th, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, and Saturday, July 26, 2025 Location: 2408 Highway 64, Wynne, AR 72396 + Surrounding Areas Type: ONLINE Only Bidding opens: Saturday, August 2 @ 12 noon Lots start closing: Friday, August 8 @ 10am Online only Auction w/soft close Preview is welcome and encouraged daily M-F 8am-5pm, and the two Saturday immediately preceding the auction.  Buyers Premium: 10% Buyer's premium on first $2,500 and 3% on the balance of each item. 9.5% Sales tax must be collected unless valid exemption is presented at checkout. Please note all items, other than on highway trucks & automobiles now require sales tax to be collected. We are required to collect sales tax on ATVs, UTVs, offroad motorcycles, camper trailers, boats w/ trailers, etc unless you have a resale exemption or are having delivered out of state by a 3rd party common carrier. A bill of lading for out of state delivery is required for the out of state delivery exemption. Sales tax exemption documentation MUST be presented at checkout / payment  to be accepted. Witcher Auctions will not refund sales taxes for documentation produced / provided at a later date. 5% Administrative fee on all credit card purchases. We do not guarantee year models, mileage, hours, etc. We do not have X-ray vision and cannot predict a mechanical failure of machinery. If an issue is noticed during listing, Witcher Auctions makes every reasonable effort to disclose it. If an issue arises at any point after the item is declared sold, it is the buyer's responsibility... even if during loadout. Buyer understands and expressly agrees any statements or representations concerning the value, condition or quality, useful life, or use of the item made by the owner or Auction Company to the buyer is simply opinion, not statements of fact, and do not create any promise, warranty, or guarantee for the buyer's benefit. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to physically inspect items prior to bidding. It is not the consignor/seller's responsibility to physically inspect items for buyers.  Any loading assistance offered is a courtesy. Witcher Auctions will make every effort to assist with loading during the listed loadout dates/times if available. Witcher Auctions is not responsible for any injury or damage during loadout. Any buyer or buyer's representative that uses Witcher Auctions' machinery to load themselves, does so at their own risk. Neither Witcher Auctions, it's sellers or any property owner is responsible for security, damage or personal injury before, during or after an auction event. Nothing will be charged to your card UNLESS you fail to pay balance due in full within 48 hours of the auction close. If an invoice remains unpaid after Monday, August 11, 2025 @ 5pm Witcher Auctions reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices totaling $2,500 or less and for up to a $2,500 deposit all other invoices. We do not accept payment by mail. The mail service is horribly slow and unreliable. Do not mail payment. No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified. ITEM REMOVAL: Loadout will be available on Thursday 08/07/2025, Friday 08/08/2025 and Saturday 08/09/2025 from 8am - 5pm. After that Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm daily. All items are to be removed within 30 days from date of sale. After 30 days, $20 per item, per day storage will be charged. After 60 days, items will be considered abandoned and sold for storage with no refund. TAXES/FEES: 9.5% Sales tax must be collected unless valid exemption is presented at checkout. Bidder releases Witcher Auctions and the seller from any and all liability connected with the loading, removal and transportation of purchases and all future uses for the goods purchased herewith.
