August Open Farm and Heavy Equipment Auction Day One Open Consignment Auction Accepting Equipment:  June, 15th - July, 25th. Location: 2408 Highway 64, Wynne, AR 72396 + Surrounding Areas Type: ONLINE Only Bidding opens: Saturday, August 1 @ 12 noon Lots start closing: Thursday, August 6 @ 10am Online only Auction w/soft close Preview is welcome and encouraged daily M-F 8am-5pm, and the two Saturday immediately preceding the auction.  Buyers Premium: 10% Buyer's premium on first $2,500 and 3% on the balance of each item. 9.5% Sales tax must be collected unless valid exemption is presented at checkout. Please note all items, other than on highway trucks & automobiles now require sales tax to be collected. We are required to collect sales tax on ATVs, UTVs, offroad motorcycles, boats w/ trailers, etc unless you have a resale exemption or are having delivered out of state by a 3rd party common carrier. A bill of lading for out of state delivery is required for the out of state delivery exemption. Hammer price plus buyer's premium is the sell price. This is the price that sales tax is calculated on. Sales tax exemption documentation MUST be presented at checkout / payment  to be accepted. Witcher Auctions will not refund sales taxes for documentation produced / provided at a later date. 5% Convenience fee on all credit card and debit card purchases. If an invoice remains unpaid after Monday, August, 10, 2026 @ 5pm Witcher Auctions reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices totaling $2,500 or less and for up to a $2,500 deposit all other invoices. ITEM REMOVAL: Loadout will be available on Thursday 08/06/2026, Friday 08/07/2026 from 8am to 5pm and Saturday 08/08/2026 from 8am - 2pm. After that Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm daily. All items are to be removed within 30 days from date of sale. After 30 days, $20 per item, per day storage will be charged. After 60 days, items will be considered abandoned and sold for storage with no refund. TAXES/FEES: 9.5% Sales tax must be collected unless valid exemption is presented at checkout.
