Preview is welcome and encouraged anytime during daylight hours prior to bidding. 5% buyer’s premium on all purchases No sales tax This is a “soft-close” auction – any item that gets a bid in the last 2 minutes, the item's timer will be extended back to 2 minutes A credit card is required to register, but will not be charged unless you instruct us to OR you don’t pay your invoice within 48 hours of the auction close. Auction Terms & Conditions PAYMENT: 5% Buyer's premium for buyers on all purchases. No sales tax. At the close of the lot, the high bidder will have purchased the offered lot. All sales are final upon the closing of the lot. The purchase is subject to all terms and conditions set forth herein. The purchaser assumes full responsibility thereof. The purchaser further agrees to pay the Total Amount Due by 5pm on Wednesday, March 22th by approved check, wire transfer, credit card or certified funds delivered to our office in Wynne, AR. before pickup. Checks are only accepted from known buyers or with pre-approval from Witcher Auctions. Payments are NOT accepted by mail. Purchasers paying by credit card may contact Witcher Auctions and provide credit card info by phone or in person at our office in Wynne, AR. Credit card payments will be charged an additional 5% processing fee. NO ITEM WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL. ITEM REMOVAL/PICK UP: Loader will ONLY be on-site Thursday, March 23 from 9am-4pm to ASSIST with loading. Buyer is 100% responsible for any disassembly. Each item "MUST" be picked up within 14 days of auction closing. Any items left after 14 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Witcher Auctions with no recourse to the buyer.
